"Though we reserved a room with two beds (four people traveling in our party) several months in advance of our stay, no such room was available upon our arrival. After some jockeying around, a suitable room was located for us. I believe this oversight was at least partly to blame on the chaos following the hurricane, so we are understanding of the mixup."
